Two brand-new bathrooms were constructed, featuring underpin pads and Simpson Strong Wall high-strength wood shear walls for structural integrity. The guest bathroom showcases a walk-in shower/tub combo with vertical tile and a custom-made waterfall accent wall tile, while the master bathroom boasts a herringbone tile pattern. Both bathrooms are equipped with Toto toilets and Hansgrohe shower fixtures. Additionally, the project included an electrical panel upgrade, Schluter Uncoupling (DITRA) membrane for tile and grout crack prevention, recessed lights, sconce lights, roof extension, and stucco façade enhancements.
